Lisa has more than 20 years of experience in Logistics, with her activities focused primarily on the operations and transportation sectors of the industry. She holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration, and actively participates in CSCMP, WERC, and IWLA. Some of her accomplishments include: implementation and administration of C-TPAT programs; benchmarking performance in order fulfillment with the retail industry; successful management (99.99% accuracy levels) of inventory valued in excess of $27M; processing imports in excess of 1,500 40' containers during a single FY; successful throughput of 5M cartons of goods during a 12-month period; cost reduction and control; warehouse layout and design gaining additional 30% space in existing facility; successful domestic and international freight negotiations; administration of returns valued in excess of $4M; successful just-in-time repackaging operations, and obtaining shipping accuracy levels beyond 99.9%.

Melissa R. Garrard, Managing Member - Legal
Melissa Rhodes Garrard graduated from Stanford Law School in 1990 and thereafter clerked for the Delaware Court of Chancery specializing in corporate governance matters. From 1991-1993, she was employed as an Associate Attorney with the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in Wilmington, Delaware, and from 1993-1998, she was employed as an Associate Attorney by the law firm of Ice, Miller, Donadio & Ryan in Indianapolis, Indiana. Between 1998-1999, she was a consultant for the Indiana Attorney General’s Office on corporate matters. She has been in solo private practice since 1998. She has served as PSG’s general counsel since its founding in 2007.
Ms. Garrard is currently licensed to practice law in Indiana and Florida.

Jeff Garrard, Managing Member - Financial

Jeff has more than 20 years of experience within the Logistics industry. His activities have included: purchasing; sales forecasting; customer service; manufacturing; sourcing; operations; cost accounting; financial analysis; consumer relations; and international freight negotiations. Jeff received his MBA from Indiana University, and is actively involved in CSCMP, WERC and IWLA. Some of his accomplishments include: facility relocation; installation of an inventory management system; successful international freight negotiations; cost reduction and control within support functions; successful start-up of manufacturing facility; just-in-time purchases of $60M of goods and lowering on-hand inventory levels; operational cost reduction; AS400 data base administration; development of a forecasting model which included visibility on the impact of changes on earnings, cash flow, and investment statements.
